In the case of your pet you want to pay for quality! And that you do here, bringing in my Coco I felt assured and confident their after hours emergency services would help my baby! They have never let me down from routine visits to after hour care and emergency services they do what's best in caring for your fur baby!
My cat got sick so quickly! 20 minutes before he started yowling in pain he was jumping in the air playing so this happened QUICKLY! We called our regular vet but they said we’d be better off taking Finnegan to town and country in case he needed surgery. So that’s what we did. They took him back IMMEDIATELY and did what they had to do. It was a severe UTI. He had a lot of blood and bacteria in his urine and his bladder was inflamed. This is the second time this has happened and he’s only 3 years old so he’s not an older cat. Anyways, they took a urine sample and that’s what they diagnosed him with. They gave him Onsior and Clavacillin. He is doing SO much better now because of town and country! We’re getting his urine rechecked at his normal vet after he’s done with antibiotics, which will be another 4-5 days. They treated us fairly, were very quick, and kept us informed of delays. A cat having a UTI has the same symptoms as a blockage, which requires emergency surgery right away or your pet will die. So they took him back and did an ultrasound, did some vitals, etc. Thank god it wasn’t a blockage. However, a UTI, especially in male cats, is VERY painful. So I’m glad they treated him with such urgency. I cannot thank them enough for being so gentle and kind to my baby. The only thing I dislike is that they don’t call you days after to check that your animal is okay and improving. I imagine if they did, that’s all they’d get done is making calls so I can totally understand why they don’t do that. Anyways, thanks Town and Country for helping my baby Finnegan!!

Fast forward to 07-22-2025. Finney’s brother, Sweeney, was having some issues. Dr Pollock gave us an estimate before she’d do any testing so we would know what to expect. Also, she listed the tests in order of urgency so we would have a better idea of what to start with. This was the first time Sweeney had ever been there. Dr Pollock not only took an extra 10 minutes to love him, talk sweetly to him, and pet him while he was in the carrier. She wouldn’t even try to remove him from his safe place (the carrier) until she made him comfortable. In this photo, he is cuddled up in her arms with his face buried into her hands. This is a big deal because he doesn’t even do that with his regular vet who is equally amazing and sees him WAY more! He rarely even does that with US! lol So this photo was a huge deal! Sweeney is doing some better now. He had some hard stool stuck in his rectum. After sedating him for comfort, she removed it. Poor thing! She suggested us give him human MiraLAX. 1/4th teaspoon with 2ml of water. We just started it yesterday so I’m anxious to see how he does. We really hope it helps him. Dr Pollock could’ve tried to sell us an expensive prescription medication. Yet instead she suggested something we already had at home! She was so thorough, so sweet and soft-spoken, knew what she was talking about, and she kept us informed at every turn! We can’t thank you and the staff enough! I don’t get why some people say they’re pricy. Are some things pricy, just like with anywhere? Of course. But they did the tests that was within our budget and didn’t push us, which we appreciated. If we ever have another emergency after our regular vet is closed, and I’m sure we will, we will absolutely be coming back here. My babies are in excellent hands and I have confidence in ALL of the people that work there. Someone was always with Sweeney and Finney when they took them to the back. They stood by their side, which helped us because they aren’t used to being away from either of us like that. Again, thank you so much for everything. Dr Pollock even gave us her email and told us to contact her if we had any issues or concerns. From the front desk, to the assistants, to the vets, everyone is knowledgeable and they really do try and comfort you AND your pet/s. They take time to get to know them. They check their records, they give them treats, they all talk softly and calmly to them, they try and keep them calm. We seriously could not have asked for better treatment.
Wanted to thank everybody at this clinic that did everything they could to try and save our little nova , everyone went above and beyond for her . Thank y’all for everything
They were very respectful. Told me up front how much it would cost and it was less. They all were kind. A definite change from six years ago when they misplaced my cats. but that is another story.
They do s Great job... I trusted them with my babies and they did well
