We strongly encourage you to have your pet spayed or neutered at 16-20 weeks of age to prevent serious health problems and unwanted breeding or behavioral problems.  The same discounts are applied to these surgeries when you choose to make them a part of the package.

PUPPY CARE PLAN A:  PUPPY PACKAGE WITHOUT SPAY / NEUTER. $350.00
Owner has the choice to pay the full amount up front or make two installments of $175.00.

• 6-8 weeks old: Wellness Examination, DHPP and Corona vaccines, fecal examination, and deworming.
• 9-11 weeks old:  DHLPP and Corona Vaccines, fecal examination, and deworming.
• 12-14 weeks old:  DHLPP, Bordetella, and Lyme vaccines, fecal examination, and deworming.
• 16-18 weeks old:  DHLPP, Bordetella, Lyme, and Rabies vaccines.  6-month supply of Interceptor heartworm preventative and 3-month supply of Vectra flea and tick preventative or a 6 month supply of Revolution (combined topical heartworm and flea preventative)

PUPPY CARE PLAN B:  PUPPY PACKAGE WITH SPAY/NEUTER.  $495.00
Owner has the choice to pay the full amount up front or make three installments of $165.00.

• Package includes the above Puppy Care Plan A and your Puppy’s Spay or Neuter.
• Your Puppy must be scheduled for a Spay or Neuter at 16-20 weeks of age to receive package benefits– Includes Surgical Spay/Neuter, hospitalization for one night, and pain medication to go home.
• Pre-anesthetic blood screening, IV catheter placement for fluids during surgery, and laser surgery are optional when you bring your pet for surgery, and are not included in this package. 
• The Puppy Package does not provide for office visits for illnesses or any medications other than routine deworming’s, Interceptor, Vectra, Revolution, or pain medicine specifically for spaying/neutering.

 Any missed appointments will void this package, and no refunds will be given.
